3/29/10 - The Nederland Pirates WIN the 2010 FIRST Robotics Colorado Regional event! Congratulations to our awesome alliance-mates, the Flaming Chickens (1540) and the Black Knights (2036)!

Our 2010 robot, named "Blackbeard's Spitoon", played crushing goalie-style defense. Notice how few goals our competition made!

4/19/10 - What an awesome experience at the Championships in Atlanta!!! We finished 32nd out of 86 in the Galileo division, one of four divisions; a total of 344 teams. Thanks to everybody who sponsored us--the support was amazing!
